28-year old forward William Perry (183-F-1994) had an amazing evening in the last round for Fer.Beira and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 6.
He had the game-high 41 points adding four rebounds and eight assists for Fer.Beira in his team's victory, helping them to beat SLAC (#6, 0-2), the league's bottom-ranked team 109-97. Fer.Beira is placed at 4th position in Basketball Africa League. Fer.Beira is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 1-2 record. In the team's last game Perry had a remarkable nine three-pointers out of 14 attempts. He just recently signed at Fer.Beira, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Lenoir-Rhyne College graduate has very impressive stats this year. Perry is in league's top in points (2nd best: 12.3ppg) and assists (2nd best: 4.9apg).

Second best performed player last round was Dane Miller (203-PF-1990) of SLAC. He is American forward in his first season at SLAC. In the last game Miller recorded impressive 30 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Bad luck as SLAC lost that game 97-109 to slightly higher-ranked Fer.Beira (#4, 1-2). This loss caused SLAC to drop to 6th position in the standings. 2 lost games are too many considering they did not win any game. Miller is a newcomer at SLAC and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 16.8ppg (#1). His other stats are also decent: 9.8rpg and 3.3apg. Former Rutgers University star Miller is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.

Third place about best performers goes to Germaine Roebuck (196-SF-1997) of City Oilers (#5). Roebuck scored 28 points and grabbed eleven rebounds (!!!). Despite Roebuck's great performance City Oilers lost 70-72 to the league's current leader Al Ahly (#2, 2-0). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. City Oilers can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. Roebuck has individually a great season in Basketball Africa League. After only 2 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 9.5rpg (3rd best).

Other top performing players last week:
4. Najeal Young (198-PG-1994) of Fer.Beira - 26 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists
5. Uchenna Iroegbu (183-PG-1996) of SLAC - 29 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists
6. Gerson Goncalves (193-F/G-1996) of P.Luanda - 15 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists
7. Damian Hollis (203-F-1988) of P.Luanda - 12 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists

The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
